Our semi-automatic filters represent a first step toward reducing system maintenance costs . These devices allow filter elements to be regenerated without interrupting the production process, thereby significantly reducing costs associated with “downtime” and minimizing the maintenance time required by specialized technicians. Compared to standard mesh filters, semi-automatic filters are equipped with an internal self-cleaning system, which may consist of suction pads or scraping brushes. These cleaning systems are operated by maintenance technicians without opening the filter, performing the necessary operations to regenerate the filter cartridges using a crank handle and by opening the drain valve.
The semi-automatic system reduces cleaning time to just a few minutes, optimizing maintenance costs and streamlining scheduled maintenance operations.
