Centrifugal separator filter

VORTEX HPs are accelerating separator conveyor filters, with stainless steel bodies, particularly suitable for use on water with the presence of sand or solids having a specific gravity greater than water (PS≥1).

VORTEX HPs are capable of removing up to 99% of solids larger than 50µm reaching 65% separation on solids as small as 30µm.

Designed to keep pressure drops as low as possible while maintaining excellent separation efficiencies, VORTEX HP filters work continuously, have no moving mechanical parts or filter elements inside, are inspectable, and the bottom outlet can be equipped with either a manual or automatic valve, which we offer with a special optional kit.
