Self-cleaning filters with suction pads

VTO HP are self-cleaning mesh filters with a stainless steel body and are suitable for use on water medium-laden with small solids, including those of colloidal nature.

The inner “sandwich” filter cartridge consists of two AISI 316L / DUPLEX SAF 2205 / TITANIUM stainless steel tubular meshes with an intermediate polyester filter fabric.

Filtration ranges from 2000 to 10 μm, and the cartridge is cleaned internally using the principle of “suction scanning,”. Special pads, placed on a PVC roto-translating shaft driven by a 230 Vac electric motor coupled with a gearbox, suck up impurities bringing them to the drain.

Standard filter is supplied and wired with an automation unit (differential pressure switch and electronic control unit), discharge unit with PACV hydraulic valve and three pressure gauges.

During cleaning, VTO HP ensure continues flow and require an inlet pressure of at least 1,5 bar while ensuring reduced time and water consumption in discharge.
