The VTO HP is a self-cleaning mesh filter with a stainless steel housing, designed for use with water containing small solids, including colloidal solids.

The internal “sandwich” filter cartridge consists of two AISI 316L/DUPLEX SAF2205/TITANIUM stainless steel tubular meshes with a polyester/nylon intermediate filter fabric.

The filtration range is from 10 to 2000 μm, and the cartridge is cleaned internally using the “suction scanning” principle, in which special nozzles—mounted on a PVC rotary-translational shaft driven by a 230 V AC electric motor coupled with a gearbox—suck up the impurities and carry them to the drain.

The standard filter is supplied and wired with an automation unit (differential pressure switch and electronic control unit), a discharge unit with a PACV hydraulic valve, and three pressure gauges.

During cleaning, the VTO HP filter does not interrupt permeate flow and requires an inlet pressure of at least 1.5 bar, ensuring reduced discharge time and water consumption. [PATENT PENDING].
